Dipank Sharma is the Managing Director of MDHI and has been in the Real Estate Industry for last 12 years. His real estate experience includes conceptualization and development of mega projects. He has successfully pioneered projects for construction of Group Housing Societies, Film Studios, Commercial Developments, Schools, Hospitals and Townships. With his wide spectrum of Construction Industry experience, he brings the relevant knowledge and skills required for development and successful completion of every project undertaken by MDHi.

Dipank holds a Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune, India and has completed Masters in Business Administration from University of Pittsburgh, USA.

Capt. G. K. Sharma is an Ex Army Officer and has more than Twenty Five years of rich experience in various fields of Export of Garments, Real Estate Development and Construction. Capt. Sharma is Director in various Companies and also actively associated with Metropark Developers and Housing Infrastructure Private Limited since its incorporation and offers valuable guidance and remains a very strong mentor to its success. With his vast knowledge and experience, MDHi is never short of any resource or networking required to clear any roadblocks.

Mr. Arun Gupta is a civil engineer by profession. He holds a postgraduate degree in finance management. Mr Gupta served the Government of India for 22 years in the Indian Revenue Services .He is also on board of MG group of companies which is engaged in the field of Real estate & Power Sector. He has in-depth knowledge of the financial, technical, time and cost aspects of large-scale projects. Mr. Gupta provides leadership and guidance to Metropark and plays a key role in its developmental efforts.

Mr Dhritiman Bhattacharyya is a B.Com (H), and Law Graduate from Delhi University. Dhritiman specializes in Corporate and Commercial laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investment, Privatization, etc. Dhritiman is a member of Supreme Court Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He is a guest lecturer with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Dhritiman is a Corporate Law expert of International standards and is a speaker and guest faculty at many forums. He is instrumental in providing the legal and regulatory framework to the Company for its Indian as well as overseas ventures.

Piyush Sharma did his graduation from Delhi University and law from Cardiff Law School, University of Wales, UK. Piyush completed his masters (LLM) in corporate and commercial law from University of Southern California Law School, Los Angeles, USA. He specializes in Corporate and Commercial laws, banking, insurance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investment and technology transfer. Piyush's expertise and network in these arenas are helpful to Metropark in finding and choosing right partners and form JVs. His exposure to various Corporates and MNCs is useful to Metropark in crafting strategies.

Mr. Kapil Khanna is a graduate with master degree in Architecture from New York USA and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University. He has more than 8 years experience in Commercial & corporate design, planning, construction supervision and project management. He is armed with practical knowledge of the construction process and contribute to value engineering and job cost control. Kapil is responsible for all projects for Metropark and contributes actively in planning, design and execution of mega projects.
