Area-Total area of 40 acres for Schools, Health Centres, Clubs, Religious Places etc.

Kant Enclave-a self sustained Township in itself will provide all facilities for occupant's convenience. The major community facilities planned with a total area of 40 acres are:

Schools - We understand that education is the foundation of Society and should be available within an affordable distance for ease of commuting and travel. Our Architects/Planners have kept same in mind during conception and it's planned to have 2 day care Centres, 14 nursery Schools, 7 primary Schools and 3 senior Secondary Schools. This will provide our occupants ample opportunities for education for Schooling as well as provide recluse to working parents. These will be provided with a total area of 29.60 acres.

Health Centres - In the present age where keeping a healthy life style is more of necessity than a luxury, we have planned health clubs with a total area of 2.50 acres that will have a main workout area, which will primarily consist of free weights including dumbbells, barbells and exercise machines. A cardio theater or cardio area will include many types of cardiovascular training-related equipment such as rowing machines, stationary exercise bikes, elliptical trainers and treadmills. This area will include a number of audio-visual displays (either integrated into the equipment, or placed on walls around the area itself) in order to keep exercisers entertained during long cardio workout sessions. We plan to employ personal trainers who will be accessible to members for training/fitness/nutrition/health advice and consultation. Personal trainers can devise a customized fitness routine, sometimes including a nutrition plan, to help our occupants achieve their goals.

Health Clinics - Primary Health care Centres will be provided for routine medical facilities, vaccination and examination. Doctors and Nurses will be available round the clock and Ambulance will be kept on stand by for any medical emergencies. The health clinic/dispensary will be with a total area of 3.75 acres.

Clubs/Community Center - Once people started living together in larger groups, there is always need for people with a common interest to be able to associate despite having no ties of kinship. We have thoughtfully planned two clubs and community center with a total area of 6 acres to satisfy needs of discerning occupants. These clubs will have all amenities like Swimming, Billiards, Bar & Multi cuisine restaurants where one can relax with family or entertain outside guests.

Religious Places - Religious Places of worship are central to any society or neighbourhood. We have taken due care during planning that this area is not ignored and provides a perfect balance between people of all beliefs. Three religious complexes with a total area of 0.60 acre have been planned within this township to offer meditation and community religious rites and worships.
