Group Housing, customised Apartments, Hotel & Organic Farming

MDHi is ready to launch its future developments and land acquisition for same has already been over. Projects worth 1.25msf are already on drawing board and are ready to be taken up in next phase. The future projects are as follows:

Group Housing - A major Group Housing project in Pinjore (at Dhamala - Distt Panchkula) is taking shape and will be launched in due course of time. The project is a 1.18 msf development and will house apartments, amenities, clubs, swimming pool within the complex. The project will offer an alternate to people who can't afford housing in Chandigarh but want to remain within striking distance from their workplace.

Organic Farm - At Village Anangpur on an area of 15 acres is already planned. Organic farming consists of a system of farm design and management to create an eco-system, which can achieve sustainable productivity without the use of artificial external inputs such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The major aims of organic agriculture are production of quality agriculture products which contain no chemical residues, the development of environment friendly production methods and the application of production techniques that restore and maintain soil fertility. These are achieved by suitable crop selection and rotation, recycling of plant and animal residues, proper tillage and water management. Metropark proposes to farm medicinal plants like Aloe Vera, Ashwagandha, Amla as well as citrus fruits, chillies, tomatoes and teak.

Budget Hotel - A budget Hotel at Satyam Vihar, Haridwar is also planned for development. This Hotel will offer accommodation to a budget traveller who is on pilgrimage or for business.

Customised Apartment - Metropark is also planning to construct an apartment block at E-12A, East of Kailash with a total area of 13000 sft. This construction will have four apartments which will be fully-furnished with all modern amenities. Construction will be with latest designs in tiles, floorings, wall panelling, modular kitchens which are to be designed by renowned Architect. In addition, all apartments will be fitted with latest security, surveillance and communication devices.
