Human Resources Philosophy


Metropark Developers & Housing Infrastructure (MDHi) strongly endorses the philosophy of leadership and churning out future leaders who are empowered and can lead. The building blocks of our Corporate HR Philosophy rest on following pillars

Conceptual Thinking

This refers to the ability to see the big picture. It may often involve bringing together seemingly different experiences to create new concepts. These may often involve creating new concepts that may not in fact have been learned from previous education or experience to explain situations or resolve problems.

Leadership

This refers to the ability to align a group of people to a common goal and motivate them. Usually involves giving a direction to the team as a whole, clarifying roles and responsibilities; getting people on board

Developer

This refers to the ability to enhance the levels of competence of those who work with him. People high on this competence would have good interpersonal skills, an ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of others and a desire to help those working under them become more competent professionals.

Change Orientation

Recognizes change as an opportunity, focuses on the beneficial aspects of change. OR Consistently seeks out change, initiates change and is able to foresee the implications of this change and manage these.

Impact and Influence

Recognises the impact he can have on circumstances, situations, desires to change these by using his influence. Understands how to present his arguments in order to persuade the other.
