MDHi has successfully completed a substantial infrastructure at Kant Enlcave.

Road network in a Township assumes significant importance and is as essential as the arterial system to the human body. Realizing this, Metropark has completed 16km of metalled road in Kant Enclave to provide seamless connectivity.

Since water is such an important component to our physiology, it would make sense that the quality of the water should be just as important as the quantity. Metropark has taken due care that drinking water available should always be clean and free of contaminants to ensure proper health and wellness for the resident of Kant Enclave. Following works have been completed to ensure our committment for water availability:

To ensure safety of Kant Enclave in an untoward incident of Fire and to have continuity of operation, property protection as well as life safety, Metropark has installed three Fire tanks of 265 cum capacity with 4-way Fire Hydrants. This will ensure that any risks due to fire are mitigated and the code of building is also met.

Sewerage system is an important part of infrastructure and public life. A good sewerage system helps to maintain hygiene and destresses the water circulation system. Metropark has installed a world class Sewerage system to meet this objective and majority works completed for this include:

Stormwater originates during precipitation events. Stormwater that does not soak into the ground becomes surface runoff, which either flows directly into surface waterways or is channeled into storm sewers, which eventually discharge to surface waters. Metropark has installed 18000 Meters Stormwater drains covering the entire area of Kant Enclave to meet the said objective.

Since Street Light is important to allow safe movement of motorists and pedestrians as well as to enhance amenities of the complex, Metropark has instaleld around 650 poles. This ensures that all areas are well lit and there is no inconvenience to residents of Kant Enclave.

A robust Electrification system is important for continued supply of electricity. Underground Electrical cables have been laid in the entire kant enclave and 8 distribution transformers of 100KVA are already installed to ensure quality of power.

Importance of greening the environment is well known. A green surrounding ensures us quality of life and give us a chance to unwind ourselves. Metropark has developed 14 Parks and more than 20,000 trees have been planted to ensure an ever greener environment for residents of Kant Enclave.
